Phil Lowen is zany, energetic and visual. A superb
vocal-impressionist with strong voice and guitar
playing. Like so many entertainers, Phil started
his career as a Bluecoat at Pontins in the early
1980's.
His first breakthrough was as a front man for
Tom Foolery - one of the top comedy show bands
in the UK. For six successful years, they topped
the bill at major venues at home and abroad.
The summer of 1989 saw the start of his solo career
in a very successful season in Jersey which was
followed by a return visit with his own award
winning variety show.
Following this he starred in the Hollywood Legend
Show by Nick Thomas. Phil made his television
debut in "Who Do You Do?" in 1995 for Central
Television and Sky. As a result he was offered
the lead role in the pantomime "Jack and the Beanstalk"
for Christmas 1995.
His next foray into television was an appearance
on Joe Pasquale's Christmas Show in 1996 followed
by appearances in The Britass Empire and The Bill.
